Annual plans come with a 30-day money-back window, no questions asked, because most festival rigs are booked inside that window.
Yes, in both directions. Upgrade from Monthly to Annual inside the app and we credit the unused days against the new total. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal so you keep paid features through the period you already paid for. Venue-to-Pro switches are processed by the artist-relations team and typically resolve inside one business day.
